Must have found the fountain of health! Is this news? Maybe. Kind of. Not really. Yes, it is.
Originally Jaevon McQuitty had medically retired from football. That was three weeks ago.

BREAKING: Nebraska WR JD Spielman is taking a leave of absence from the football team, is back home in Minnesota and is not likely to participate in spring football. Also: Jaevon McQuitty is medically retiring from football. #huskers— Sam McKewon (@swmckewonOWH) March 2, 2020

Now it appears that he wants to give it another go as he has entered the transfer portal.

Former 4-star WR Jaevon McQuitty has entered the transfer portal this morning. He missed 2017 with an injury then played in 9 games over the last 2 seasons with the #Huskers totaling 2 receptions @rivalsmike @RivalsWoody @NateClouse https://t.co/D80tS0dABr— NCAA Transfer Portal (@RivalsPortal) March 23, 2020

Jaevon McQuitty is yet another highly rated recruit that for one reason or another simply couldn’t get on the field. It appeared to be medical reasons toward the end but there are probably some on the field reasons as well.
He is from Columbia, MO so maybe he could transfer to Missouri and make some noise there.
As always we hope for the best for any former Nebraska student-athletes!
